Within 1 working day, our kind and helpful admin team will get in touch with you to ask what kind of flooring you’re interested in and book a home visit for you.
During the home visit, we’ll bring all of our relevant samples for you to look through. This allows you to match samples against your current décor.
If you find a sample you love, we’ll measure up and work with yourself to create a workable payment plan, tailored around you.
If you get paid monthly, you can pay us monthly. It you get paid weekly, we can set up a weekly plan instead. We work around you for the prices and terms.
You will pay a deposit for the flooring – this gets taken off the overall price you’ll pay on your plan.
We’ll set up your Pay Monthly Flooring payment plan and once we receive the first scheduled payment to make sure it’s all working, our fitting team will give you a call to book in your fit day.
On the day of fitting, you’ll receive a message with the contact details of your fitter – you can give them a call to find out where on their schedule for that day you are, and get an approximate time slot.

How Do Pay Weekly Flooring Plans Work?
The full cost of your flooring is split up across the maximum term and broken down into small, single payments. The payments depend on the flooring type, the size of the rooms and how often you want to pay.
Everyone’s plan is different, but as a rough guide our plans start at £10 per week.
Why Do You Do Home Visits?
There’s actually two reasons – the first is that by bringing samples to you, in your home with your décor and furniture, you can eye up the styles and colours better than you could in a showroom with bright lighting and white walls.
The second reason is without huge fancy showrooms, we save on costs, so our flooring can be cheaper for you!
How Often Do You Take Payments?
This entirely depends on you. Most people choose to pay whenever they get paid, but some people prefer the one monthly payment so they have a “bill week”.
It’s purely personal preference but you can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly. It’s up to you!
Are There Any Other Fees?
Our Accounts manager can go over everything with you at the home visit, and tell you about every cost but essentially there’s the initial deposit which comes off the overall plan’s amount, the fitting fee and the plan itself.
How Quickly Can Flooring Be Fitted?
From the date you apply, we’ll typically get back to you either the same or next working day. We can then book your home visit anywhere from the next working day to a few weeks time, depending on both yours and our availability. Once your deposit is paid we typically require 1 payment with the payment plan to ensure everything is set up correctly, then we’ll book in your fitting with you. Typically this process takes between a week and 10 days from first appointment to fitting.
